At Manor Vets our professional team of vets and nurses care passionately about animals and treat every patient as a sentient being. Every member of our team is hand selected for their compassion and ability to go above and beyond for our clients. They have the skills to provide a timely diagnosis and first-class veterinary treatment.
Becoming a permanent member of The Manor team in 2012, Shannon has now begun her journey to obtain a diploma in veterinary nursing. After spending many years with our team both on our reception and helping in consults and theatre, Shannon is an incredibly experienced nurse who is excited to be gaining a formal qualification in a position she loves.
Shannon took a short break in 2017 to welcome her daughter but this addition still hasn’t stopped her adding to her pet brood at home, consisting of 2 dogs and 2 cats plus feeling very maternal to the odd stray!
Tanya originally joined our London Team in 2020 and then transferred into our The Manor later in the year to help us cope with the demand for more excellent nurses! Tanya previously worked at an Animal Rescue Centre where she had been assisting as a nurse for 7 years. Tanya has a huge interest in surgery and has a Veterinary Degree from her home country. We hope Tanya will begin studying for a nursing diploma with us in the future!
Outside of the surgeries Tanya loves to travel and at home has a lovely little dog Lucy and a very precious feline!
Jess joined our wonderful The Manor team on work experience back in 2018 before joining as a full time Veterinary Care Assistant in 2020. Jess developed an interest in biology at school and joined our team in the hope of one day training to become a Veterinary Nurse.
Jess loves animals and is the proud owner of 3 dogs, 2 cats and an assortment of reptiles!
Outside of work, she has a keen interest in fashion and make-up.
Stacey started work in the Veterinary world in 1992 and she qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 1999. Shortly afterwards she became Head nurse in a very busy high level orthopaedic referral practice. After 10 years she became practice manager and oversaw the entire running of the hospital. In 2018 Stacey undertook the Certificate in Practice Management and joined us at DNA in 2019.
Stacey has always had a massive passion for any size of animal from hamsters to horses! She has quite often taken pets that need a home during a day at work and has a rescue cat called Neville & a crazy staffie called Dennis.
Kirsty originally started her animal care career in 2010, working for Cats Protection. She later worked for the RSPCA and after a brief career change, has returned to animal care by joining the team at The Manor Vets. She is passionate about animal behaviour and is working towards a qualification in this area.
Kirsty recently adopted a 3-legged black and white cat called Milly, who enjoys racing up and down the hallway and sleeping on the bed when she has run out of energy!
